I can only describe this wedding as unique and pure fun! It started with the couple’s choice to use a Native American priestess to perform the ceremony at The Addison. Ashley and Corey have always held the belief that nature heals and that belief aligns with that of Native American culture. The bride’s gorgeous, cascading purple and white orchid bouquet was complemented perfectly by the simplicity of her dress. At the end of the ceremony they released butterflies into the world, taking the love of the couple with them on their journey.
 
Shades of purple and silver complemented the prevailing theme of nature that was used throughout the décor. A stunning centerpiece of manzanita branches covered in purple orchids surrounded by vases with beta fish and candles showcased the couple’s love for nature on each table. Utilizing a monogramed tree trunk design, menu cards continued the nature with sparkle theme. Purple dreamcatchers and personalized matchboxes adorned each place setting and served as the guest favors. As a bonus, guests were even invited to take beta fish home. Huge hit with the kids!
 
The cocktail hour and reception offered some unique guest entertainment options – a tarot card reader, a caricature artist and a cigar roller. The guests were excited to take home their personalized sketches that replaced the (almost) wedding staple of a photobooth. Cigars were smoked on the spot with the roller teaching those smoking the proper technique to cut the cigar and smoke. The night was topped with a sparkler exit for the bride and groom. It was a spectacular evening!
