Woke up this morning to a wonderful surprise! The Celebration of Life for University of Miami Coach Okie O’Connor was featured in Hurricane Sports Magazine. I’m proud to be a Miami Hurricane and it was an honor to be a part of this event. Though I was never a rower, I was welcomed into the UM Crew Team family. It’s a weekend that will be engrained in my memory forever and now the []_[] community has the opportunity to read about it. I couldn’t be happier.
